  • How does wireless charging work?
    Wireless Chargers, also known as Inductive Chargers, allow you to charge your smartphone without the use of any cables. You simply place your compatible smatphone onto the wireless charger to begin the charging process. The Wireless Charger does need to be plugged into a power source.
  • Are wireless phone chargers safe?
    Yes they are very safe to use. The electromagenetic field generated by Wireless Chargers only generates a small ammount of power and only operate over a short distance.
  • What devices can be wirelessly charged?
    Devices that have built in wireless charging capability. Apple iphone: 8, 8 Plus, X, XS, XS MAX, XR Samsung Galaxy: S9, S9+, Note 8, S8, S8+,S7, S7 Edge, Note 5, S6, S6 Edge LG: V30, G6 (US), G4, G3 Google Nexus: 4,5,6,7 (2013) Blackberry: Priv Huawei: Porsche Design Mate RS
  • Does wireless charging work with a case
    In most cases Yes. The Wireless Power Consortium states that QI wireless charging detects your devices at up to 45mm. This means that even with a thick phone case your QI enabled smartphone will still charge. However be advised that this may not be the case when using a phone case made from metal.
  • What speed is your wireless chargers?
    Our Chargers are 5v Wireless Chargers and have been rated faster than any cheap wireless chargers you may find at discount stores. You pay for the quality of our product.
  • What if my phone is not QI compatible?
    We have a product that is called a wireless receiver, the receiver plugs into your phone charging port and can fit inbetween your phone and its case. We also have products such as wireless receiver phone cases, which are phone cases built in with the wireless receiver.
  • What are your environmentally friendly products?
    Our Bamboo Range is our environmentally friendly products as this tree is one of the quickest growing trees and is not harmful to society.
  • What products are made in South Africa?

  • Do i have to have a powerpoint installed for each wirless charger?
    No, we have solutions that can run power to 6 wireless chargers from up to 10 metres away.
  • Do we get volume discount?
    Yes, please contact one of our sales reps for our figures.
  • How do installations work?
    We send one of our teams to meet and discuss what you would like to have installed and show you the best solutions that suit you. We send you a quote based on the installation, prices vary due to some locations may have existing powerpoints and some do not. (for places that do not, we have certified electricians who we trust to make your locations have accessibility to power) If the job has been given the go ahead we then send our team to do an installation at your location. We prefer to work when there is no patrons, so we work around your daily plans for your business or home.
  • Do you do the electrical work?
    Yes we do. We have certified electricians who can we trust and recommend, all jobs are given an electrical certification.

  • Can i purchase Charge Up products in retail stores?
    We are currently in talks with retailers but for the time being no.

    You bet! Wireless Chargers make great promotional products due to their large branding areas and because they are used on a daily basis. By branding the wireless charger your customers and clients will see your company's logo everyday.

  • What if my delivery has not arrived?

  • What is your return policy?
    Within 14 days of recepit, you may be eligible to return your product for a refund given your item is unuesed and unopened and in the orignial package received. To be eligible, you must contact us about the return request within 14 days of the the purchase date. Once 14 days have passed, we may reject the refund/ exchange. If the packaging, product or accesories are damaged, we will not accept the return. To initiate your return please email us at travis@charge-up.co.za Charge Up does not accept returns or refunds on products bought from 3rd party retailers. If your purchase we made from one of our retailers, then the return must be processed in accordance with their returns and refunds policy. Charge Up does not accept returns for icompatibility issues. Please read our compatibility section clearly and make sure your phone is compatible with our products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest when returning your item to keep the tracking number as proof of return in case the package is lost.
  • What is your warranty policy
    We strive to provide our customers with excellent quality products, however being the nature of electronicsfrom time to time there may be faults. We offer a full 1-year warranty onl all our products. If you recognize what you believe is a faulty product, please get in contact with us at travis@charge-up.co.za. We will be in contact with you as soon as possible and assess the issue. All faulty items if deemed faulty will receive a replacement if the warranty claim is made within 12 months of the purchase date. Once we recognizw the suspected faulty product, we will assess the item and get back in contact with you within 1 - 3 working days, after receiving the return. If we deem the product to be faulty under the Charge Up warranty guidelines we will repair or replace the faulty product and arrange for the product to be shipped back to you free of charge. The turn over time for this process will vary with each individual case, we will work hard to make the entire experience hassle free. If we determine the product to not be covered under the Charge Up warranty, we will contact you directly and discuss alternative and possible replacements at an aditional cost. Please note that some of the following will void the Charge Up warranty, but not limited to: - Damages or faults caused by accidents, abuse, and misuse. - Damages cause by wear and tear, theft or loss. - Damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories. - Use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the products packaging.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Once we receive your return, we will assess the products and process your request within 7 business days and will keep you updated along the way. Once completed you will be informed via email and the full amount of the purchased product will be credited back to you. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. Please also take note the we do not refund any shipping costs.
